Ibicenca Swim, a luxury bikini brand based in Ibiza, was bleeding marketing budget on underperforming ads. We repositioned the brand through strategic content creation and elevated visuals, then deployed a data-driven Meta advertising strategy across European markets. The result: improved campaigns, better data capture for content optimisation, successful collection launches, and sustainable expansion.
Summary

Challenge
The owner faced a common but costly problem: significant marketing spend with minimal returns. A previous agency had invested heavily in paid advertising without addressing the underlying issue: the creative assets weren't compelling enough to convert audiences. Poor ad performance wasn't a budget problem; it was a content problem.
The psychological reality: no amount of paid reach can overcome weak creative. When visual storytelling doesn't resonate, users scroll past regardless of targeting precision.

With stronger creative in hand, we designed a new Meta advertising strategy across selected European markets.
