2. We tell you what we found
You get a written breakdown. Three to five tasks that don't need you. How long each one takes. What you'd get back if an automation did it instead. Spot the opportunities!
3. We build the thing
You don't learn anything. You don't change how you work. We build it, test it, make sure it doesn't break, then plug it into whatever you're already using. The boring task just stops being your problem but the results keep delivering as per your expectations.
